Return Policy

Thank you for selecting products from Aera Spices & Herbs (Pvt) Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return policy. Please report any discrepancies or complaints to www.aeraspicesherbs.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with supporting evidence.

Returns

Returns can be made within 7-14 days of purchase subjected to the item being unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees from the initial purchase are non-refundable. In cases where the shipper is unable to deliver the ordered goods or if the customer cancels the order, 85% of the total purchase amount will be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you through the exchange process to ensure you receive the item that best suits your needs.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs unless it is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, a defective product or quality concerns (evidence must be provided). In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 business days of us receiving your returned item. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Country law

We ensure that the return policy complies with relevant Sri Lankan export/import laws and regulations, such as restrictions on returning certain types of spices or products.

Dispute resolution process

Both parties agree to resolve any disputes in a peaceful manner without involving third parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably both parties agree to follow Sri Lanka National Arbitration Laws.
