Mixed Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1pkt. Noodles
  • 100g carrots (grated)
  • 100g spring onions (chopped)
  • 100g cabbage (chopped)
  • 1″ piece of ginger and 4 bulbs of garlic (ground)
  • eggs (beaten)
  • 3 soup cubes
  • 200g of any meat or prawns (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper powder
  • 100g margarine

Method:

Boil noodles as instructed on the pack and leave to drain. In a wok or wide pan heat the margarine add the garlic and ginger, next add the carrots and stir well, add the eggs cook well. Finally add the spring onions, cabbage, soup cubes, meats, soya and tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

This dish can be served as it is or with a curry or a devilled dish.
If a vegetarian dish is preferred the meats should not be added.
