ingredients
- 500g any red-blooded large fish (eg. Kelawalla – cut into pieces)
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1″ ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 pieces goraka
- 3 teaspoons pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon chillie powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted curry powder
- 1 piece rampe
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
- 3 green chillies
- Oil for frying
Method:
Wash and leave fish aside, grind together the rest of the ingredients. Heat a pan, add oil and the ground ingredients, add fish, mix well and cook on slow fire till fish is cooked.
